MY HOBBY - SWIMMING
Life
is really tough and full of challenges and everyone has to face many challenges
in everyday life which makes life even stressful. In this challenging life, you
must have something to ease your stress. It could be any activity, any game or
any kind of hobby you like to do in everyday life.
My
hobby is swimming. I love to do swimming in my free times. Not only it eases my
tensions but also keeps me fit. Because swimming is something which needs your
full body attention.
One
has to move his whole body in order to swim in the water. From head to toe he
has to move everything to swim in the water. It exercises your body muscles. It
gives exercise to both arms because for swimming you have to fully rely on your
arms with your legs as well. The continuous movement of arms give them enough
exercise to get stronger.
Same
scenario is with your legs while swimming. Continuous movement of legs also strengthen
your legs as well and makes your legs stronger.

It
teaches how to control your breath and also gives you breath exercising because
for swimming you have to control your breath for seconds and sometime for a
minute or two but obviously after enough control when you have on your breath.
But swimming gives you that strength and capacity to control your breath to
that extent.
It
increases your heart rate up but also takes the stress off your body and boosts
your cardiovascular fitness. It helps in maintaining good health, a healthy
weight, healthy heart and lungs.
It
also helps to reduce your weight and even your belly fat. If you put exercise
in our daily routine life, it always keeps you healthy and fit and reduce your
belly fat and body weight.
So
swimming is a really healthy hobby and keeps you fit and provides you many
other health benefit. And luckily it’s my hobby.
