This is the age of internet. Internet has become something which is in range of everyone now and anyone can access any kind of information through their cell phone with the help of internet any time.

Internet is just a treasure of information not only information but a source of entertainment as well. And information as well as entertainment can be good and bad as well.

So, now it is up to the user what kind of information he is looking for.  Considering this choice internet has hundreds of advantages but it comes with as many disadvantages as well. And specially someone in his young age can be misled with this right of choice.

MERITS OF INTRNET

• The communication was never as easy as internet has made it. Even people now communicate with the video calls as well.

• It has become a daily need of our business. Modern technology helps users to work remotely while sitting in any part of the world.

• YouTube is a treasure of video source information and almost any kind of information and tutorials are available on the YouTube which has entirely changed the destiny of our youth.

• Hundreds of earning opportunities are now available through internet and people are making use of it worldwide.

DEMERITS OF INTERNET

• Internet is addictive, time waster and causes distraction as well if someone is having useless activities on the internet.

• Internet may not be a safe place for children as there is plenty of unethical content is available in shape of images and videos.

• Through our social media accounts, out personal information in vulnerable to everyone having bad intentions.

• Virus threats on the internet can damage your data and information completely, so you should always have a backup of your data.

• Internet causes distraction for students who spend a lot of time using the internet.

So, all and all there are many advantages of internet but it also comes with too many disadvantages as well.
