Definition
In simple words, the name of a place, person or thing is
called a noun.
In other words, a noun is a word that functions as a name of
an object or objects like living creatures, places, ideas, actions or qualities.
Nouns can be a subject, object (direct or indirect), subject
complement, object complement, or adjective.
